  26. NOTE: This program is released with a single set of question/choice/explanation
  27. files. TOPIC 1 is provided. This unregistered program will always find topic 1
  28. regardless of the topic requested. All topics are available in the registered
  29. version.

  31. IMPORTANT: As provided, the CONFIG.RTE file directs the program to look for the
  32. question files in DRIVE A. Should you which to use the program in a different
  33. drive, use the F10 key to create a new CONFIG.RTE file. See README.EXE
  34.  
  35. This program is NOT free. It is released as SHAREWARE. If you use this program 
  36. and find it useful, please register as soon as possible. When you register you 
  37. will receive the latest version of REGENTS TUTOR and all test files. Under no 
  38. circumstances should an unregistered copy of this program be operating in a 
  39. school setting (public or private). To use such an unregistered copy would 
  40. leave the user and his/her school open to legal action. Codon Software will 
  41. make every effort to litigate in such cases.

  43. REGISTER NOW AND RECEIVE: 1) All ten topic files (updated to Aug. 1990)
  44.                           2) The latest version of REGENTS TUTOR.               
  45.                           3) 5.25 or 3.5 floppies available.
  46.  
  47. Register in the name of a school / school district and receive the 
  48. institutional version of REGENTS TUTOR which records all testmaker data in a 
  49. secure file (see README.EXE) along with utilities to retrieve the data.
  50. This feature allows teachers to administer tests directly with REGENTS TUTOR!
  51.  
  52. Special offer to teachers. Send a copy of your Biology NYS certification 
  53. along with your registration and receive a separate disk containing all the 
  54. questions (nearly 1000) in REGENTS TUTOR in pure ASCII form. These can be 
  55. edited and/or printed using almost any standard word processor which accepts 
  56. pure ASCII input files. This provides a powerful and time-saving data base from 
  57. which tests can be constructed.

  68. Institutional registrations must be on school/district invoice and must include 
  69. the name of an individual authorized to purchase software for your school. 
  70. Payment must be with school/district check. All such purchases on 30 day 
  71. approval with full return policy in effect.
